Terms & Conditions - Cab Voucher

1. This offer entitles you to Rs. 20 Off on Partner Cab App
2. The Cab Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
3. Only 1 voucher per booking will be entertained. Multiple vouchers cannot be used together.
4. This offer is subject to promotional availability.
5. One code can be redeemed only once.
6. Cabs will be provided subject to availability.
7. Applicable only on rides booked on the Partner Cab App.
8. Partner Cab Vouchers are non-refundable, whether you use it or not. This voucher cannot be treated as a cash equivalent under any circumstances or interpretation and the vendor shall under no circumstance exchange the voucher for cash.
9. The validity of Partner Cab Vouchers cannot be extended; new vouchers cannot be provided against the expired/unused Vouchers.
10. Users can avail the offers only in cities & towns serviced by the Partner Cab App.
11. Multiple Cab vouchers cannot be clubbed in a single ride/transaction.
12. Partner Cab Vouchers cannot be returned, reloaded, or resold.
14. If the trip value exceeds the Partner Cab voucher amount, the balance must be paid by the payment options available on Partner Cab App.
15. Partner Cab voucher can only be used by the first person who redeems the code.
16. One voucher can be used in one single transaction and the balance cannot be used for a subsequent transaction.

18. In no event shall the maximum liability exceed the value of the voucher i.e. Rs. 20
19. A Maximum of one voucher can be used per person, per mobile number, per email id, and per partner cab account during the promotion period.

Terms & Conditions for Rs. 20 Food Voucher

1. This Voucher entitles you to 100% Off up to the voucher value on Food Orders on Food Delivery Partner Platform in select cities of India.
2. Post the issuance of the unique code to the customer, the customer has 30 days to claim the reward, beyond which the code shall stand invalid. One code can be redeemed only once.
3. Offer is valid on Food Delivery Partner Android and iOS App only.
4. Offer is valid once per user, one coupon code can be redeemed only once.
5. Offer is valid on all prepaid payment modes only, i.e., they will not be applicable on orders under Cash on Delivery.
6. Offer valid for a single restaurant bill value only. The voucher amount can only be applied on the food amount only. Restaurant Charges, Order Packing Charges, Delivery Charges & Taxes to be paid by the customer.
7. Offer not applicable on COD Orders
8. Food Delivery Partner reserves the right to cancel/ change/modify/add/delete any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without notice
9. Food Delivery Partner reserves the right to terminate the offer at any time without notice
10. Food Delivery Partner reserves the right to deny honouring the offer on the grounds of suspicion or abuse of the offer by any customer without providing customer any explanation thereof
11. In no event shall Food Delivery Partner or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd be liable for any abuse or misuse of the code due to the negligence of the customer

21. Lost/ stolen Food Delivery Partner vouchers will not be replaced/ compensated in any way by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd or any vendors associated with this promo on.
22. If the order value exceeds the Food Delivery Partner voucher amount, the balance must be paid by the voucher holder by eligible payment methods available on Food Delivery Partner App
23. One promo code can be used in one single transaction and the balance cannot be used for subsequent transactions.

Terms and Conditions: 1 Year OTT Subscription Voucher

1. This Voucher entitles you to 1 Year of OTT Subscription.
2. Post the issuance of the unique code to the customer, the customer has 30 days to claim the reward from the said Partner Offer code, beyond which the code shall stand invalid. One code can be redeemed only once.
3. The OTT Subscription Vouchers are non-refundable, whether you use it or not.
4. This voucher cannot be treated as a cash equivalent under any circumstances or interpretation and the vendor shall under no circumstance exchange the voucher for cash.
5. Validity of Vouchers cannot be extended; new vouchers cannot be provided against the expired/unused Vouchers.
6. Failure to activate this card on or before said date will render the card invalid and unusable. In such a case this movie card will not be revalidated or extended under any circumstances.
7. OTT Voucher gets you premium subscription service from ‘the Partner’. Users get access to unlimited premium content on the OTT Platform for the specified period of the subscription on Voucher.
8. The subscription can be used by new OTT users. Those not registered on the service will need to register themselves first.
9. To avail the Voucher option, go to the Partner’s website/app and select the specific plan the Voucher is for. Customer can enter the Voucher details in the E-Gift Card section in the payments options.
10. This service is only available on Web, android app and iOS.
11. The OTT Subscription Voucher offers are subject to promotional availability. This E-Gift Card has monetary value only for Partner’s services or product. It is not transferable, is not for sale or re-sale nor redeemable for cash.
12. Partner accepts no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of the Voucher.
13. Availing the Voucher is voluntary, and subscribers need to accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions available at the partner brand’s website and these Terms & Conditions, including any amendments and modifications thereto, which shall be deemed to be binding on them

Terms & Conditions for Merchandise

Gifts/Products will be accompanied by warranty information wherever applicable from the manufacturer and claims must be directed to the manufacturers directly.
Merchandise once ordered cannot be returned/ exchanged unless the merchandise is delivered defective. In case of the product delivered to you is defective, please contact our helpdesk within 24 hours of delivery of the merchandise, in case of failure to do so, the reward shall be considered as accepted by customer.
Defective goods will be replaced, or alternate product will be delivered if the defect is reported within 24 hours of receiving the defective product. Call helpdesk to report a product as defective.
Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. will do an address specific dispatch of redeemed items. The customer shall be solely responsible for ensuring that correct address is updated and concerned people at his home/office (as the case may be) are kept informed. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. will not be responsible for non-receipt of redeemed items on account of deliveries done to any other person at the registered address other than the customer.
No dispatch shall be made to P.O. Box addresses or to addresses outside India.
Order will be delivered to participant within 21 business days of the order date depending on the participant pin code. In case of unforeseen delays SMS notification will be sent. Orders with multiple products may get delivered on different dates.
To the extent permitted by law, Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any gift/ reward. Warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer.
The offer/product cannot be exchanged for cash any point.
No change in color, fit, size, brand etc. will be entertained once the order if placed.

General Terms & Conditions
1. This offer is not available to employees, Agents, Dealers, or Distributors of ITC Limited and PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD, its clients or agencies and their immediate families.
2. This offer is subject to promotional availability.
3. This offer is valid PAN India excluding Tamil Nadu. Offer is not exchangeable for “cash” or for sale.
4. Offer excludes Public Holidays and Bank Holidays.
5. Photocopied, torn or mutilated vouchers will not be accepted.
6. This voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
7. The usage of this voucher is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser. Such conditions need to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser.
8. Only one voucher per booking will be entertained. Multiple vouchers cannot be booked together. A Maximum of 1 voucher/reward code can be used per person, per mobile number, per email id during the promotion period.
9. If Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd has already emailed or sent by SMS, Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd will not re-send the voucher code to any new or corrected email address or phone number nominated by the entrant.
10. The list of participating venues/restaurants remains subject to change as per the partnering App.

Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd or ITC Limited cannot be held responsible for changes in voucher usage policies by the offer partner (Food/Cab/OTT Partners) which is not under the control of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd or ITC Limited In the event that a particular offer has been discontinued by the offer provider, Premier Sales Promotions reserves the right to offer the customer an alternative reward of equal value.
13. The “How to Redeem” instructions form a part of these Terms & Conditions. Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each entrant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circles.
14. ITC Limited is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
15. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
16. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
17. Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage the Promoter's promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for those losses, damages, and costs.
18. ITC Limited and Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. accepts no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. vouchers and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning quality/ availability of featured venues/offers.
19. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., its clients, agents, and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
20. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. is acting as an executing agency for this promotional offer and holds no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, vouchers etc beyond the applicable period of the promotional offer.
21. ITC Limited does not endorse the quality of any of the products or services being offered as vouchers under the Offer. Any complaints or queries pertaining to the same would have to be taken up directly with the Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. of such a product or service.
22. The Terms and Conditions of the offer can be changed during the promotional period by PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD or by ITC Limited

23. These Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Bangalore.
